The 2 bedroom suites form a guesthouse in the grounds of a larger villa, and are available for rent when the owners are away. Features a salt water pool, outdoor kitchen/living area with wood burning pizza oven and a rooftop bar.

Villa is provided with housekeeping staff that live in designated staff quarters on the other side of the property.

The main house adjacent to the guest house is locked up when the owners are away (which is whenever this listing is available for rental). Villa staff are on hand to deal with any issues, the host is also contactable at any time via WhatsApp.

Our neighborhood Berawa is often termed 'the new Seminyak' and is choc a bloc with incredible cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Berawa beach is a few minutes away by moped, as are Finns Beach Club and Finns Recreation Club.

Host can help arrange car or moped rental, tour guides etc. The villa has extensive parking. Local taxis are also abundant and App based transport options are also popular.
