This new 2-bedroom condominium apartment has an excellent location. It is close to Rawai Beach, and there is a 24/24 supermarket immediately next to it and a beautiful night market just opposite (twice a week). Located on the ground floor, the apartment has its own private terrace in the middle of greenery, where you can enjoy your breakfast and dinner. The large pool is directly accessible.
The interior of the condo is all new, clean and completely equipped to spend wonderful holidays.

The apartment has 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. The first one has a kind size bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds (2 beds on top of each other like in a ship).
The living room has a very comfortable sofa and the latest type of Smart TV.
The kitchen is completely equipped to cook any kind of meal.

We have a small and lovely team to take care of our guests and villas.
Miss Vickie supervises the cleaning team. Pat and his assistants handle all maintenance issues. Both
teams are never more than just a call away.
Rose, our private chef, prepares daily menus for our guests introducing them to the enthralling
flavours of Thai cuisine. She also manages our own online supermarket. You can conveniently order
whatever you want, and we will have it delivered within 2 hours.
My wife May (from China) is passionate about Phuket. She is a specialist of land activities (elephant
trekking, ATV, Zipline, Go Kart, Shooting range). She is assisted by a group of young enthusiastic
concierges. They will look after all your needs during your stay. They can speak English, Chinese,
Cantonese, German, Spanish, French and Russian.
And I have the incredible chance to live my passion of the sea and diving. With our Captains and our
diving instructors, we organise special day trips for our guests to Maiton, Racha, Phi Phi or Phang
Nga on our boats. We have a diving yacht, a big game fishing boat and a luxury speedboat.
