This third floor 1-bedroom apartment is located in The Title, the nicest condominium on Rawai Beach. We've recently refurbished it and added local art pieces. It has its own balcony in the middle of greenery: enjoy your breakfast or dinner in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The bathroom has a big bathtub to relax after a hot day on the beach!

The condo has a bedroom with a king size bed, a nicely designed bathroom and a separate living room with a fully equipped kitchen.
We provide full concierge services, like in a 5-star hotel: our concierge will be at your disposal to assist you with any request or question.

The apartment is 100% yours. You have access to all the residence facilities: several swimming pools, lobby and car park.

We have a small and lovely team to take care of our guests and villas.
Miss Mikkie supervises the cleaning team. Lat and his assistants handle all maintenance issues. Both teams are never more than just a call away.
Yiuy, our private chef, prepares daily menus for our guests introducing them to the enthralling flavours of Thai cuisine. She also manages our own online supermarket. You can conveniently order whatever you want, and we will have it delivered within 2 hours.

To enjoy the area, it can be nice to rent either a car or a scooter. We can help with these arrangements and your vehicle will be directly delivered to the villa.
If you prefer not to drive, we can help you get a taxi at any time, it is not expensive at all. The app GRAB is also available in Phuket.
