Guests can use all space in the house except some electric equipment in the kitchen.

Our villa is located in Hua-Hin soi 88.

● There is a security deposit costs 4,000 baht (15,000 baht for long stay) when check in and you will get it back when check out if there is no any lost and damage.
● There is no cleaning service during short or long stay.
● Towels will be provided and changed every 7 days for long stay.
● Please do not be loud/noisy after 22.00 pm.
● Non smoking inside
● Please clean kitchen equipment including plates and cutlery after your meal
● Only for Long stay guests need to pay for electricity fee : standard 5 THB/ unit
● Cooking outside ( swimming pool space)
● Guests can use all spaces in the house except some electric equipment in kitchen. (please cook outside. There is a cooking area near the pool)
