Situated within a newly built architectural project on the 1st floor, the flat benefits from excellent natural light, floor to ceiling windows and hardwood floors throughout.

The interior is contemporary & minimal with touches of concrete & wood.

The open space kitchen/living area is bright & airy with a deep-set sofa, bluetooth speaker & projector perfectly set-up to cuddle in and relax.

The bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and black-out blinds to ensure a great night's sleep.

The bathroom has built-in storage and a rare find in a city flat -a nice big bathtub :).

Guest access

Guests will have access to the whole space during their stay with no restrictions.

Availability

This is a Smart Concept Apartment and it is fully autonomous.
Like the home version of a self-driving car, there is no driver needed, access to the apartment and all the information you need is provided to you before arrival, in an app.
You will have total privacy from check-in to check-out but if you do require extra assistance you can message us anytime.
