Welcome to our home. Your home away from home! This is a one bedroom condo unit located in an exclusive, safe and secure village in Tagaytay City. The community here offers a spectacular view of the mountains and the perfect year-round cool mountain weather that Tagaytay City is famous for. You will love the cool weather, breathtaking morning view and having an easy stroll along the scenic roads within this community. The community is overlooking the Laguna de Bay, Mt. Makiling and Taal Volcano.
We are offering our place for medium-sized families seeking for a private enclave in a posh, leisure-oriented family community. Designs were made consistent with the general motif of the community, embodying an elegant rustic theme inspired by natural materials that blend with the splendour of the mountains. Aside from family bonding, this is also a good hangout for friends. Just be mindful of the noise.
The bedroom has a double bed with a pull-out. The living area has a couch that can accommodate 2 additional persons for additional sleeping arrangements.
Wifi and Cable TV with sound bar is available.
Flat iron and ironing board are provided and are stowed in the bedroom closet.
Towels, Hand soap, and Toilet paper will be available, other toiletries are not provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove with Oven, Rice Cooker, Kettle Pot, Turbo Broiler, cookware, cooking utensils, and tableware.
Hot & Cold water dispenser is provided with 5 gals. drinking water.
Water pressure is strong and stable. The bathroom & kitchen sink are equipped with a hot water system.
Should there be any power interruption, a standby generator can power the whole condominium (It will still be quiet & peaceful as the generators are located far away from the unit).
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
