The Nipa house is newly built and located in a private residential space and with gated perimeter fence. The structure is predominantly made of wood, bamboo and concrete in some parts which lets you enjoy the fresh breeze air of Puerto Princesa. We can accomodate maximum of 4 guests with 1 child (up to age of 6) and we have newly furnished king size bed and 2 single beds. You can enjoy the whole area of the lot and relax in our hammock in your private space outside the nipa house. Additionaly we are located near hartman beach around 15 mins. walk or 5 mins by tricycle. We can also arrange your tours like City Tour, Fire fly watching, Underground river, El Nido, San Vicente, Port Barton and even in Coron. We are happy to assist and to make your visit awesome!

Around 10 mins ride from the airport. Additional fee for breakfast upon request (Continental or Filipino)- pls. tell us in advance and choose in our menu inside your room. We are also walking distance to pizza restaurant and some filipino resto with easy access to Malls, Laundry and Convenience store.
