Welcome to BayView Excursion Home!

A fully furnish, spacious & comfortable 3 bedrooms apartment for 8 persons. Strategically located within Kota Kinabalu (only 5-8 minutes drive to city center & 400 meters to the seaside) with beautiful Likas Bay & Mount Kinabalu view.

Housed together with 2-storey commercial lots (ground and 1st floor), consist of restaurants, cafes, gift shops, superstore, telecommunication store etc., an added convenience to your stay at our property.

We also provide free airport pickup from KK International Airport to the apartment for arrival before 11.30pm.

Our apartment is only 3 km northeast of Kota Kinabalu city centre and the built up area is 1,400 sq.ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms (both with water heater) and can accommodate 8 adults with bedding comfortably. Extra single mattress (3 sets available) with bed sheet, pillow, blanket and towel can be arranged at RM25 per person, per day. (early notice required)
The Master bedroom is facing Likas Bay and equipped with a King size bed (6'X6.3’) and a 10" mattress, built in wardrobe, dressing table with large mirror, tissue box, bedside table, reading light, air-conditioner and ensuited washroom.
The 2nd room is also facing Likas Bay and fitted with 2 double decker with rubber form mattress, closet, side table with lamp light and air-conditioner.
The 3rd room is facing Pacific City and equipped with a queen size bed and a 9" mattress, built in wardrobe, bed side table with reading light and air-conditioner.
All the bedroom windows are curtained with soft fabric for you to enjoy a long & good night sleep.
The living room is facing Likas Bay and equipped with 6 seaters sofa set, coffee table, air-con, ceiling fan, flat TV with limited cable TV channel (Astro NJOI), Wi-Fi router and stand light. There is a bar counter and book shelf at one corner of the living room.

The dining area is equipped with a 6 single seat dining table set and a rotating stand fan.

Our kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking ware for you to cook a decent meal, just like home. Complete with built in dry and wet kitchen cabinet, dining ware and cutleries, cooking utensils, gas stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, bread toaster, salt, sugar, pepper, ajinomoto and hot and cold water dispenser as well as coffee making facilities.

A washer is ever ready for you to wash your garments complete with laundry detergent supply, hanger and drying rack to air dry your laundry at the utilities area.
The toiletries (i.e. hair shampoo plus conditioner, shower gel and tissues) were provided in each washroom together with clean towels.

On the 3rd floor there is a children playground, child and adult swimming pool and a gym so you will never have to miss your daily workout routine.

You may use and access the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. There is no sharing with others but do take care of the place as if it is your own home. You can also utilize the gym, swimming pool (operation hours from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm), playground and mini garden at the 3rd floor as well as the apartment entrance lobby at ground floor.

During or prior to your stay, you may call or message us for any inquiry about the apartment, places of interest, car rental, travel arrangement, private chauffeur tour, coach sharing tour, local delicacies, suggestion on travel itinerary to maximize your visit to Sabah (more details in Local recommendations section) or on any other matters that may be of interest or concerns to you, your friends or your family and we are here to assist you to the best of our abilities.

Our apartment complexes is monitored 24 hours via CCTV and surveillance done by security guards for security purposes. The access to the apartment unit is thru the elevator at the reception area and only operable with a valid elevator access card that will be provided to you upon check in.
Early check-in (1.00pm) is possible if the place is vacant however any check in earlier than 1.00pm or late checkout (after 12.00 noon) is subject to availability and with an extra charge of RM15 per hour or part thereof. (Advance notice required)

A refundable security deposit of RM300 is required to be paid during check in and will be refunded to you during check out subject to property inspection,

If your group has more than 8 persons and for extra comforts, you may opt to rent our extra single mattress at RM25 per person per night and you will be provided with single mattress, bed sheet, pillow, blanket and towel. (3 sets available and advance notice required)

You may request for additional cleaning services during your stay at an additional fee of RM60 per cleaning.

If you drove your own vehicle, we will provide you with a free onsite parking upon request.
