This is a privately-owned house in the shopping district of Nishinari-ku, Osaka.
Since it is a quiet residential area, it is very quiet and safe at night and early in the morning. Moreover, all the basic daily necessities are included, so the equipment is fully equipped. Maximum 16 people can stay. After 6 people, an additional JPY 1000 will be added, but the accommodation fee per person will be very low, so it is also suitable for long stays.
It is a hidden spot close to tourist spots, between Tennoji and Namba, and in front of the local retro shopping district, it is no exaggeration to say that it is too convenient.
The access is very good and you can go to the popular Namba and Umeda from the nearest station without changing trains.

It is a two-storey, completely private house.
The first floor has a bedroom with 2 double beds (sleeps up to 4 people) and a modern Japanese cozy real tatami room (with TV!) that can sleep 2 people in a single Japanese futon and is spacious. There is a dining kitchen and a very tasty bath and toilet (of course a washlet) that is reminiscent of a retro Showa era.
The second floor is very spacious and very cozy, with two very spacious real tatami mat rooms. It has become very popular because it is possible to take a lot of shots that look good on SNS even when taking commemorative photos in a room that is truly Japanese.
A single Japanese futon can sleep a large number of people (about 10 people) even in this tatami room, and up to 16 people can sleep together with the first floor.
Also, since there are toilets and refrigerators on the second floor, I am very grateful.

*Since the area around the building is non-smoking, please smoke in the smoking area on the roof.
*If you are arriving by car, please use the nearby coin parking lot.

It is fully reserved, so feel free to use it.

In case of emergency, we will respond to visits etc., but basically we promise a space only for guests without disturbing us.

There is a rare arcade shopping district in the neighborhood that has a retro look, and it is very convenient to have everything.
You can also access Japan's most popular Namba, Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi, and Umeda from the nearest station (Hanazonocho Station on the Yotsubashi Subway Line) without any transfers!
Of course, access to Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe is very convenient, so I don't think there is a location with better access!
