- also nearby is Karon Avenue. It is a unique place with a lake and a park where you can do running or play sports. There are coffee shops, Thai restaurants, a large massage salon.

- in 250 meters from the condominium, there is a Thai night market, where you can enjoy Thai snacks, fruit desserts, buy cheap clothes or souvenirs. Try roasted exotic insects.

- in 300m, the entertainment infrastructure opens, where there are seafood, fruit shops, restaurants with Thai, European, Indian and Russian cuisine. Live music bars where you can dance until the morning. The currency exchange points and ATMs. Essentials can be bought at the nearest 7/11, Family Mart, Tesko Express. There are a lot of taxi drivers and tuk-tuks along the street. Massage saloons and even a clinic!

- in 700 meters away there are stops of Smartbus operating along the beaches of Phuket at competitive prices. From here for 50 baht you can go to the major shopping centers Central Festival (Patong) or Jungceylon.

- a large Macro Food supermarket is a 7-minute drive away. As the apartment is equipped with a kitchen you can go to buy fresh seafood, meat, fruits and fish, dairy products, etc. 1kg of fresh shrimps here costs 230 baht :))

1. Utility costs (water and electricity) are paid extra when check-out based on meters readings and tariffs 5 baht/Kw and 35 baht/m3. Based on our experience if use air conditioner wisely the costs are usually around 80-100 baht/day. But if do not turn off the aircon even when out of home it can up to 250 baht/day.
