Inside the guest house includes a bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, king-size bed, couch, and roll away bed for additional guests (Full size). Large sliding glass doors aligned with soft draping open to sun deck to enjoy indoor/outdoor living during great California weather. The outdoor amenities include pool-side lounging, golf practice area, and sitting area with fire-pit for your enjoyment. Additional amenities include large TV, Aux cable plug-in music speakers, microwave, blender, mini refrigerator, and private security gate with ample secured parking.

Full access allowed to the guest house and entire outdoor premises; EXCLUDING use of the pool and outdoor grill.
