Nai Harn Beach 4 Bedroom Private Pool Villa
This villa is spacious and stylishly furnished, it accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, with a large living/dining room, private swimming pool, outside sun deck & dining area, complete with gas BBQ, daily maid and is just a 3-minute drive to Nai Harn Beach.
Neighbours do not overlook this newly completed private villa, situated on the edge of this exclusive development. Its rich decoration of black and gold, attractively contrasts with the strong blues and greens of the outside. The spacious indoor living area and outdoor pool terrace create an agreeable environment conveniently connecting all the bedrooms.
With four good-sized bedrooms, the balance of this villa is ideally suited for two families sharing accommodation. The walled garden and spacious sala offer a comfortable outside area for al fresco dining and BBQs.
The 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with integral Jacuzzi is a focal point of the residence.
With great attention to detail, the villa is tastefully furnished in dark teak, with a large leather sofa for all guests to relax on, complimented by traditional Thai-design soft furnishings. Finally, the villa boasts a fully-fitted Western-style kitchen, with all appliances. This gives any residents the opportunity to prepare meals or have the cook prepare them in-house for you while you sit and relax.
Accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms so can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 people. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and bath. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun deck and into the private swimming pool.
Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin 3.5' single beds. All three of these bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and bedrooms 2 and 3 open up onto the sun deck through sliding doors. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a spacious family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, while bedroom 4 has its own en-suite bathroom.
In the large living room, with ample seating on a huge leather sofa, you can relax and watch the 50" flat screen television with DVD player and cable TV. Alternatively, you can dine at the 8-seater dining room table. The open-plan, fully fitted Western-style kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped to meet your every need. Again the living room opens directly onto the swimming pool.
Accessed through a double front door, off a quiet road in a private estate, is the single storey house. All rooms are connected through the living room, which opens straight onto the sun terrace where the pool is located. Outside there is a large sun terrace and beautiful gardens, complete with several sun beds to soak up the sun or a lush pool and integral Jacuzzi. The seclusion of the villa from any main roads exudes privacy and makes the property safer for children.
The villa is very close to Nai Harn beach, recently voted the best beach in Thailand by Trip Adviser, as well as Rawai beach, which offers restaurants, bars, nightlife, and a selection of boats for day trips to outlaying Islands. There are a number of delicious up-scale and relaxed restaurants within walking distance or short drive of the villa.

The villa is located within a 3-minute drive, or easy 15-20 minute walk, of Nai Harn beach (voted the BEST beach in Phuket for the last three years), located in the South of Phuket. Nai Harn beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It not only offers golden sands and azure water, but a selection of restaurants, bars and local shops. Nai Harn beach is a spectacular pristine beach and is a perfect place to unwind, whether it be having a massage or sipping a refreshing beverage in one of the many restaurants that overlook it. It is an ideal spot for surfing at the end of the dry season and offers a perfect secluded bay for mooring yachts. There is an extensive range of both Thai and international restaurants locally along with many beach and viewpoint bars. People flock from all over Phuket to enjoy sundowners at Promthep Cape, the southern most tip of the island, which you can reach in a 5-minute drive from the villa. Many sporting enthusiasts come from all over the world to train at the local Muay Thai camp. Lessons can be taken on a half-day basis.
At nearby villages, Rawai and Chalong, (which are a 5- and 10-minute drive away) you will find long tail and speedboats available, so you can visit any of the beautiful islands a short distance from Phuket. Phuket Island has a wide range of activities to keep guests of all ages entertained. Suggested activities locally include quad biking, golf, fishing trips, spa days, boat hire and horse riding. Additionally, there are several amazing activities at a slightly further distance from the villa, such as seeing the elephants in their natural habitat at Phuket's Elephant Sanctuary. Phuket is a beautiful destination to explore marine life and has many world-class dive sites. Diving excursions can be arranged through reputable dive companies, mainly located in Chalong. At nearby beaches situated across the Island, it is also possible to hire kayaks, take sailing lessons or go kite-surfing and parasailing. Excellent nightlife is not far away in the lively spots of Karon, Kata and Patong, which can all be reached in between 15 to 30 minutes. There are two major shopping malls in Phuket: Central festival is located in the centre of the island and Jungceylon in Patong. Both are large international shopping and entertainment centres with cinemas, restaurants, international and local shops.
Taxis, motorbikes, scooters, bicycles and minivans can be arranged, so getting around is easy.
If you wish to make the most of seeing all of Phuket, the most comfortable way is in a private minivan that comes complete with a driver. The price is inclusive of gasoline with unlimited mileage. The minivan can be used for 14 hours a day (from 9am until 11pm) and the cost is 3,000THB (approximately 90 USD) per day. One can be arranged for you with 24-hours notice.
Airport transfers – these will be arranged at a discounted rate of just US$30 each way for a 12 seater van and the driver will stop at shops on the way to the villa if requested. If your booking is over US$2,000 1 free transfer each way will be provided. For bookings over US$3,000 2 free transfers each way will be provided.
Van hire - a 12 seater van with driver is very popular with our guests and costs 3,000b (about US$85) per 14 hr day (including petrol). If you use the van for more than 14 hrs then an extra 100b ($3) is payable per hour. Ask you maid when you need a van. A trip to Patong for the evening will usually cost 1,600 ($45) per van.
Scooters - these are also very popular and can be hired for about 200b ($6) per day. Ask your maid if you need scooters.
Meals - your maid will cook breakfast at about 9am, and for an extra 1,000b will cook dinner. The cost of the food is paid for by the guests. All meals are sorted out directly between yourself and your maid. If you need an early breakfast for some reason you need to pay your maid 400b to come in early. There is a menu in the villa.
Extra maid - if you have a large group you may want to hire a second maid for 500b a day. Again you can arrange this directly with your maid and she will try and find someone to help, but this is not always possible.
Beach – the Villa is one of the closest villas to Nai Harn beach and is only 1.2km walk - half of the walk is beside Nai Harn lake.
Restaurants – There are Thai, French and Mexican restaurants within 600m. There are numerous restaurants at Nai Harn beach.
7Eleven – the nearest 7Eleven is 1.2km away.
The Villa is situated in a quiet secluded valley, but easily accessible, just 1.2km from Nai Harn Beach. The villa offers privacy (not over looked by anyone), no road noise at all, safe and secure for adults and child friendly.
The villa has been designed and furnished as a western family home (in Phuket) to give you all your home comforts while experiencing Thailand. The villa has a daily maid, who can prepare and serve Thai meals and BBQs.
