The new fully furnished Pool Villa is located at the quiet south end of Patong Beach, less than 1 km away from Patong Beach. It is within easy access to the city center and shopping area. Karon beach is a 5 km drive across the hill. Junceylon shopping Mall is a few minutes drive from our property. It is 45 minutes drive from Phuket International Airport and we have a famous entertainment Simon Cabaret 50 meter away from venue. We offer services of laundry, motorbike&car rental, tours and taxi.

This is a semi-detached villa with 3 floors. A big Garage suitable for 2 cars at the basement. The 1st floor is fitted with the fully equipped Kitchen having all the utilities required. The living area comes with sofa, LCD TV and L-shape pool. The second floor has 2 bedrooms (with Double bed) with en suite bathroom and a bathtub in the master bedroom with all the necessary amenities.The Spacious Rooftop has a private Jacuzzi for 6 people.

- Child under 12 years old sharing existing bed with parents is free of charge. Maximum 2 extra children per villa
allowed.
- Child 12 years old and over will be considered as adult and extra person fee will be charged.

Security Deposit
Security deposit cash of 20,000 baht per villa is required upon arrival for incidentals causing damage within the property. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that the security deposit must be paid upon arrival. In case, this amount has not been settled. Guest will be denied entry into the villa.
