Prestigious and modern apartment (135 sqm) on one level. You enter directly into the modern living room with a double sofa bed (160 cm wide - non-divisible bed) and a flat-screen TV. Also in this area is the table for 6 people and the open kitchen, with an island for the hob, well equipped. On the right of the entrance there is a hallway that leads to the first bedroom (160 cm wide - not divisible bed) on the right. Here is also the first ensuite bathroom with shower. In front of the hallway there is the second bathroom, with shower and washing machine with dryer function. Finally on the left of the hallway there is the second bedroom with two single beds (mattress width 90 cm - can be put together) and its own ensuite bathroom, the third of the apartment, also equipped with a shower. All the ceilings are frescoed and can be admired thanks to excellent lighting and glass false ceilings.

The apartment is located in the Santa Croce area. This area derives its name from one of the most famous churches in Florence. The surroundings of Santa Croce offer a very rare glimpse of ancient Florence, with its lively markets, leather shops, artisan shops. The Mercato di S. Ambrogio is the second most important market, second only to San Lorenzo, and it is also very close. Furthermore, this neighborhood is very close to many points of interest such as the Bargello Museum of Decorative Arts, Casa Buonarroti (ancient home of the great sculptor Michelangelo), Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio, without forgetting the church of Santa Croce and its museum. You can also enjoy an incredible choice of shops, boutiques, bars, typical restaurants and Florentine pizzerias.
