Located in Vung Tau on floor 21st of Son Thinh 2 Building, just 150m from Back Beach and 500m from Lotte Mart and Night Market, our family's Sea-view 3-bedroom apartment has dining area and an equipped kitchen with fridge and washing machine. All rooms in the apartment come with a TV. There are 2 private bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom. The nearest airport is Tan Son Nhat International Airport, which is 107 km from the apartment, and we can help arrange airport shuttle service with a fee.

Our apartment is on high floor so you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee viewing the sea on the comfy armchairs. There is also a balcony inside the master bedroom, where you can hang your clothes after swimming at the beach/pool. We also provide extra mattresses to accommodate 1-2 more guests. You're more than welcomed to use the kitchen for cooking.

The swimming pool is children-friendly designed and there is a fee for using swimming pool and parking lot inside the building.
If I remember correctly, the prices are as below:
- Motorbike : 10.000 vnd/ day (8hrs) ; 20.000 vnd/ day-night (24hrs)
- Car : 20.000 vnd/ day (8hrs) ; 50.000 vnd/ day-night (24hrs)
-Swimming pool fee: 80.000 vnd/entry

The Beach in general is quite empty during weekdays and a little bit more crowded during weekends and holidays. In the vicinity, there are minimarts, cafes, hotels and a small amusement park (Tho Trang Park) for kids, beside Lotte Mart and Night Market.

The best way to get around the neighborhood, to Lotte Mart and Night Market is walking. To city central area like Hoang Hoa Tham Street for food such as Banh Khot, Sting-ray Hotpot, or sightseeing places like Nghinh Phong Cape, Tao Phung Mountain with Jesus Christ Statue would be by taxi, Grab/Be (similar to Uber). You can get a taxi ride outside the lobby of the building or call one in advance.

For travel consulting and planning, there is a little fee, around 50.000vnd/per 1-hour session. This fee will be collected and donated to orphanage or S.O.S village in Ba Ria - Vung Tau, generally and Vung Tau specifically.
Tour package prices are also partially collected and donated to help the poor and disabled people in Vung Tau.
