You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Both the kitchen and bathroom will be equipped with all essentials. Clean bed linen and towels will be provided.

One of our colleagues will meet you at the address to deliver you the keys and give a short introduction about the apartment.
Our check-in window is between 16:00 – 22:00.
Our check-out time is 12:00.

Guest Interaction
We will be at your service from the moment your flight lands in Bodrum. You can reach us 24/7 and we happily answer any of the questions you may have. We aim to provide the best possible experience, through an individual approach, to all our guests during their stay.

We completely understand our guests’ concerns about the cleaning process before their visit. We are fully aware of the importance of keeping our homes safe and hygienic. Therefore, we updated our cleaning policy to clarify any doubts our guest might have. Our cleaning personnel are constantly informed about the guideline updates. Our cancellation policy📣
We know how difficult and unpredictable it has become globally to travel from one place to another. Therefore, we have updated our cancellation policy making it flexible for unexpected changes. We also allow reservation date modifications; we expect our guests notify us as early as possible so we can help them out swiftly.

Guest reservations
We believe that fight with the virus is a shared responsibility. Hence, we kindly request our guests to use protective gear such as face masks and gloves before their arrival and dispose them properly following their check-in.
We provide hand sanitizers with a high volume of alcohol in the houses and we advise our guests to use these during their check-in.
We have added the self-check-in option through our key box system for some of our homes suitable for this procedure. This information can be found in the relevant listings.
