1. Please leave a message or phone the host 30-60 minutes before your arrival.
2. Please inspect the property. Any reports or inquiries will be handled with care.
3. Set aside RM 150.00 as a deposit. The deposit is fully refunded.
4. If there is any vandalism or damage to the property, the deposit will not be refunded.
5. CCTV is only activated if guests request it.
6. Please double-check that you have taken all of your vital belongings before leaving the house.
7. Please return the key and leave the house nice and clean.
8. If there are any significant dirt particles that cannot be cleaned, your deposit will be deducted/not returned.
9. The host will not take any responsibility for the loss/damages of your property or personal stuff.
10. No pets are allowed.
