Two Queen-size rooms and one of the room complete with en-suite that shared Bathroom with the Double- Room which come with Two Super Single Bed in the room.

FREE High Speed 100mbs WIFI is provided, so you can also enjoy free online and follow up with your works here.

Kitchen & Bathroom & Laundry + Iron :
Simple and basic Kitchenware, cookware, Silverware, dishes is provided. You may also able to
find Kettle, Toaster, Induction Cooker, Fridge , dish wash Liquid, Water Filter in the kitchen.
We also placed a dustbin for kitchen waste, rubbish and also prepare extra dustbin beg for our guest
conveniences.

Water Heater had been installed to all bathroom and all toiletries such as Body Shampoo, Hair Shampoo ,
Toilet Paper, Towel, (1) Hair Dryer will be provided to our Guest too. Guest able to do their Laundry with Washing
Machine at yard , and find extra clothes hanger & Clip in the house. We also provided Iron, Iron Board and spray in our
apartment as standard Amenities for our guest's conveniences.

Swimming Pool/ Gym:
Swimming Pool located at 1st Floor.
Currently Open from 8.00am to 7pm.
Temporary Closed for GYM

Cleaning & Prevention:
Follow cleaning protocol to reduce risk and make sure all my guest stay safely and peacefully.
Vacum, mop, spray , wash with Kill 99.9% Germs cleaner/ dettol etc
Will place all pillow under SUN after spray antibacterial spray( pillow case send to laundry)
