Welcome to Sabah！ The capital of Sabah is Kota Kinabalu, formerly known as Jesselton. Sabah is often referred to as “The land below the wind” because of its location just south of the typhoon-prone region around the Philippines.
As you can view from our pictures it’s host the theme of “Sabah” with poster and wallpaper of popular local scenic view, history, culture, and animals. You may take a 3D Mount Kinabalu picture at living room in case you don’t get a good view on your trip. Clean and cozy equipped with computer connected to large LED TV, local TV channel and various of boardgames suitable for party play. And the 2 rooms condominium came with 3 queen size beds and sofa bed at living room. Our new centrally located superior apartment with unrivaled city and sea views, stylish and simple design, all the basic needs of the house, the well-equipped open kitchen allows you to cook the seafood you bought home. If you don't want to go out, you can enjoy the South China Sea in the infinity pool on the top floor. The house is only a 10-minute drive from Kota Kinabalu International Airport. It is also a 5-minute walk from Imago, the city’s largest shopping mall. It is surrounded by shopping, shopping, shopping and shopping. To experience this, you are welcome to stay at our home!
Our suite provides recreation facilities including roof top infinity swimming pool, gymnasium and common garden, great for healing after a whole day activities. For safety concern, it also covered 24 hour -manned security at lobby and with secure access card only are allowed to entering the particular floor/unit. one reserved vehicle parking lot to be provided ( may request upon booking ).
Host will contact guest and handle all the arrangement of room reservation & cancellation issue.

Guest can travel around by public transport such as taxi or bus and grab car． Walking in a city such as IMAGO Shopping Mall, Filipino Market, Oceanus Shopping Mall, CenterPoint Sabah, Kota Kinabalu City Waterfront Restaurants and Bars, Welcome Seafood Restaurant etc.
Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in the unit at all times. Please smoke outside of the unit if you decide to. Pet are strictly not allowed in this unit . Please also take off your shoes within the premises. We like to keep the property clean & tidy at all times. Switch off all the lights and electrical appliances after use except fridge & emergency light. Please keep volume down after 11:00PM. Guests are required to wear proper swimsuit to access the swimming poolside. All the wall hanged pictures, decoration items, board games, electrical appliances etc. should not be removed or took out from the suite except Sabah Travel guide flyers.
