Please note that the location of this Villa is in a local residential neighborhood and Villager. Our neighbors are very friendly and welcoming though they can sometimes be shy. By the same token, local Cambodian neighborhoods can be lively! It's not uncommon for the neighbors to play music or karaoke at any time of day, and they tend to play at whatever volume they like, but at least not lately. This is rare in our neighborhood but can happen...
