- Please take note that we will charge 500THB for late night check-ins. (18:00 onwards)
- A refundable deposit is required when checking-in to your room. This deposit will be used in the case of our company’s property being damaged or lost/misplaced.
- Electricity and Water Utility charges are not included in stay durations of 28 days and above. Electricity is charged at 6THB per unit meter and Water is charged at 20THB per unit meter.
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the room nor the bathroom. A fine of 2,000THB shall be imposed to those who break this rule.
- 1000THB shall be charged for lost key cards.
