Very large apartment 120m2 with 3 bedrooms and 6 separate beds, all appliances supplied. TV, internet, etc. all you need is your tooth brush and other cosmetics. Look at the description hereafter. Ask me if something is missing.

Location: 
Suresnes has the highest peak, the Mont Valérien, overlooking Paris and it is a very pleasant residential area edging the western side of Paris along the river Seine and facing the largest park in Paris : Bois de Boulogne which is a 2,137 acre park where you can go strolling, bike riding, or viewing the many garden areas. The apartment has a 10 meters long window with a splendid panoramic view over Paris: you can see the Eiffel Tower as well as the Sacré-Coeur. You'll find shops for groceries, a baker, a pub with newspapers and cigarettes, a snack, a pharmacy, and several excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. In case of an emergency a hospital is 5 minutes walk from the apartment (Hôpital Foch).
The apartment is just a two minutes walk from Tramway station Belvedere. This line goes directly to Paris-La Défense or to Paris-Porte de Versailles which are the 2 end stations of this Tramway line named T2.
Paris-La Défense (2 stations, 5 minutes) where you have a big commercial centre, and most big companies with many towers, including the famous Grande Arche. This station is connected to the Paris Metro line Nr 1 which will take you to the Champs Élysées, the Concorde Place, the Louvre Museum or La Bastille within minutes.
Apartment Details: There are three nice bedrooms each with comfortable double beds, and a large living room with a double sofa for 6 people. There is a dining room next to the living room, both rooms offering the same view over Paris.
There is a bathroom with a separate bathtub and a big shower, two wash-basins and a toilet, as well as a washer and a dryer. A second toilet is separately placed next to the bathroom. Hairdryer and bath towels are supplied.
The kitchen is an open space fully equipped with cooking facilities : double sink, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine, boiler, toaster, etc.. There is a dining board with stools for snacks and breakfast and the kitchen is next to the dining room.
You can make your own breakfast and meals as you wish.
The apartment has central heating and plenty of hot water for your bath and showers.
The living room and dining room have 3 ceiling fans and a Flat panel TV
Internet access also provided with free phonecalls to any direct phone line (not mobiles) in Europe, USA, Australia, and many countries.

We live in another house on the same property land and we can help you if you have any question.
We are a couple married for 47 years, we have 3 children and 6 grand children. They do not live in our house. We lived in Paris area for 47 years. Gitte is Danish, Didier is French, we speak french, english, danish, swedish and spanish. Our children speak also 3 languages : french, danish and english. We have a lovely house with a big garden at the top of the highest hill dominating Paris City on the west side. Paris City wants to 'swallow' our town because the two cities are stuck together, but we have a much better life here with fresh air and quietness. You will love it when you come, many of our visitors come again and again, and become our 'family chearfulness' ! Welcome !

Tramway is the same as the Metro company and station Belvedere is at 100 meters. Train also available at 400m . Many buses too !

Apartment exceptional for its location and size. Completely new and equipped for 6 people. Tramway T2 station 1 minute walk from house, then 5 minutes by tram to LA DEFENSE (largest shopping mall in France), connection to Metro RER A and Metro line 1.
With a size of 120 m², it comprises: 3 bedrooms with twin beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. Bed linen and duvets provided, 1 kitchen, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, cooker, coffee machine, toaster, food processor blender, etc.
One dining room and adjoining living room 10m long with large windows overlooking PARIS. The bathroom has: tub and separate shower, two sinks, two toilets, washing machine and dryer, a hair dryer. Facilities: two 3 seater sofas, TV Wi-Fi Internet, 160 TV channels, free phone calls to fixed lines to a hundred countries.
