Due to currently is pandemic period, we have restrict for the events.
For events such as birthday parties, weddings, seminars, product launching etc from 60 pax restrict to max of 15 pax only.

Additional Price for events **for events or any huge group please contact us for more information before booking as currently strictly allow 15 pax and 6 cars include visitors**
1. Surcharge RM500 for any events (for extra electricity and a caretaker for parking and canopy arrangements.)
2. For events with canopy settings, we are open to discuss your personal needs.
Late check-out can be arranged. Half weekday rental may apply.
3. Additional RM150 for renting BBQ grill & tools. Please inform earlier if you want to have bbq so that we can prepare the equipment (BBQ grill and BBQ stick). Kindly bring your own charcoal.
4. Maximum 6 cars including guests for any events in the villa are allowed at the moment.
5. Maximum 15 guests including 15 overnight guests are allowed to enter the villa.
6. We will need all the car number plates in advance. For security reasons, car owners will have to register at the guard house. Any uninformed cars will be denied entry.
7. For events, kindly provide lorry/ van car number plates for registration purpose. Lorry and Van have to move out by latest 4pm.
Monday – Sunday 10am – 4pm
8. Please do not use snow spray, confetti, party poppers / fire crackers or the like within the premises. If further professional cleaning is required, extra cleaning fees will be imposed.
9. No heavy catering services (caterers cooking at the house) BUT canopy set up/ barbecue/food truck/food van is allowed.
10. All visiting guests and cars (except 15 overnight guests) must leave by midnight.
11. Permission is required for bringing your own DJ or PA sound system to the premises.
12. For your safety, the compound gate will be closed from midnight to 6am except with prior arrangement or emergency.
13. Please remove all decorations before check out. Late checkout can be arranged with additional charge.

Pandemic Period Rules and Regulations

*Refundable Security deposit of RM1,500 will be collected upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded to you within 48 hours after check-out and our supervisors inspected the property .(If item(s) are damaged or missing, or the house rules are not followed, we have absolute right to forfeit the deposit.).*

1. No huge events and canopy set up allowed during Pandemic period.
2. Additional RM150 for renting BBQ grill & tools. Please inform earlier if you want to have bbq so that we can prepare the equipment (BBQ grill and BBQ stick). Kindly bring your own charcoal.
3. Maximum 6 cars including guests attending any events in the villa are allowed.
4. Only 15 overnight guests and visitors are allowed to enter the villa.
5. We will need all the car number plate, name of guests, NRIC or passport, Contact numbers and Vaccination certs in advance. For security reasons, car owners will have to register at the guard house. Any uninformed cars will be denied entry.
6. Please do not use snow spray, confetti, party poppers / fire crackers or the like within the premises otherwise RM300 will be imposed.
7. Strictly no allow to bringing your own DJ or PA sound system to the premises.
8. For your safety, the compound gate will be closed from midnight to 6am except with prior arrangement or emergency.
9. Please remove all decorations before check out. Late checkout can be arranged with additional charge.
10. Guests must respect the residential neighborhood and not to engage in lewd or excessive loud activities.
11. Drugs, fighting/violence/vandalism or illegal activities (indoor/outdoor)will be prosecuted.
12. Stricly no food and drinks in swimming pool.
