A small private room within the same area of the main big house with peaceful garden. You will wake up with bird sounds, very close to nature, with big trees around. Nice to relax in or outside for cozy air. Also should be an ideal for a workplace with nice working table and internet connection.

My place is close to Approx 40 minutes to DMK airport by taxi.
This place would be best for the one who love nature, peaceful environment, exploring nearby places by bike
to see rice fields, floating markets, local living life stlyes along canal and Chaopraya river. Close to Koh-Kred area, and to see many temples along Chopraya river.
There is a Purple line train station in front of Soi Tha-it to access to the city. Chopraya express boat from Nonthaburi pier to Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho at Tha-chang pier cost THB 14.
If want to get out of the area to see other tourist attractions, it is also convenient to get to the city from a Purple Line station from a house such as to JJ Market (Jatujak Market- a big market with varieties of products and things), or to the heart of Bangkok by either BTS (Sky Train) or MRT (underground). If to go to Grand Palace and other places in the area, to take Chaopraya Express Boat from Nonthaburi pier nearby a house is strongly recommended. Beautiful and peaceful scenes along Chapraya river with the cost of THB 14 to get to Tha Chang pier, to walk to our beutiful Grand Palace.
A good place when you want to be relax with peaceful environment, or long term rent, waking up with birds sounds and surrounding by a big beautiful garden, green, birds and squirrels.
Apart from relaxing at home, you could enjoy a long walking/cycling path along a small canal to see housing lifestyle along the way. From this path, we could get to a boat to Koh Kred Island. There will be a free boat services for you to visit 9 temples around the island, and then stop at the island to walk through local shops with varieties of local products, which include food, delicacy, trees, fruits, sweet, and unique pottery products. Note: there are Pottery Museum and Class available for visiting and learning in the island offered by local families who have been doing the pottery for their living from generation and generation. From certain point of the island you could take a boat to across a river to get to Pak Kret District (cost 2 THB) to see a center of the district (town). There are many shops along the way offering various type of food and local products and then get back to a boat under Rama 5 bridge (big pier to get to Bangkok and other places, and include a small boat to get back to the temple close to home (cost 15 THB). These could be a perfect day/half day tour around the area with very low cost and truly see how the local living along the river. People are very friendly and nice and very welcoming foreigners. They would be pleased to see foreigners in their area. Be their guests!!
If you like cycling, be my guests and bike with me to explore our beautiful rice and lotus fields, real beautiful nature of green, or sometimes golden rice fields. Along the way, get very close touch to local people, to see real local living. At the end, we always stop by one of our favorite small restaurants with very good taste and amazing low cost !!!
Our guests could enjoy every corners they would prefer to enjoy our beautiful garden, including space to do own exercise, yoga, etc. Note: bicycles are also available for renting if interested in cycling.

Less than 1 hour by car to visit Ayudthaya, old capital of Thailand.
45 minutes -1 hour to get to a heart of Bangkok.
A bus terminal to get to Victory Monument to get to many places around Bangkok and other provinces.
A house could be accessed from 2 main roads, Rattana-thibeth road and Ratcha-pruek road. There are small complex of restaurants in walking distances from a house, very clean, good and cheap costing around 40-50 Bath, including varieties of fruits and of course Tesco Lotus and 7/11.
A house is not in the city area, takes around 45- 1 hour (26 klm) to go to the city of Bangkok, depending on which part of Bangkok to access, and which type of transportation. An option to explore country side and nature and local community while not too far from the city.
