The penthouse is air conditioned 4AC and fully furnished as Kitchenette, Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric Stove, Dispenser Hot/Cold, Rice cooker, Dining Table of 4 persons, Office chair, Working Desk, 3/4 seaters sofa, 47" LCD TV-TV Cable, 10Mbps Cable Optic Internet, Baby Cribs, Two extra mattress, Two Balcony and a wardrobe on each room.
Internet WiFi is provided - ideal for internet calls and web surfing.
The place and the neighborhood are generally safe. There is 6 lifts (2 lifts right front of our door unit, the other 4 is in the mid 31st floor) and access into the premise is via a magnetic card and key.
Taxi Online or Bike Online such as Grab or Gojek are conveniently available right outside of the building. There is a private basement parking for who drives their own car. Parking fare is IDR 3,000/hour max two cars and ask for 50,000 parking cashback.

3. IDR 150,000 fine will be charged on lost access elevator card.
4. IDR 150.000 fine will be charged on lost any key belongs to the unit apartment.
5. Balcon access is not suitable for hang around.
6. Any Damaged on inside the apartment will be charged start at minimum IDR 500,000 up to what is the given quote of the damaged item from certified estimator. Please be sure to check all amenities, recorded for your proof. Our team always re-check it all before we do hand over keys to the guest.
7. Due to Covid 19 Restriction and PPKM status on Bandung Area, the Pool remains closed or only open for registered residents until further notice. You can ask the host for swimming pool use.
