We are so proud that many of our guests love our decor and the layout itself, which is a mixture of the 80s and the 'now' ambiance. We also need to appreciate the location that we set perfectly between the adventurous rafting point, well known cycling track of Campuhan Hill and the Ubud center, just another few steps from here. In short, our place is so quiet but very close to almost anywhere people normally go.

The villa consists of three two-story-building in U-shape style with spacious swimming pool in between. The whole compound offers 9 rooms altogether, divided into three types so called superior, deluxe and suite. Its size varies from 34, 38 and 100 square meters with semi vintage decor. Each of them are utilized with basic facilities such as AC, safety box, bath robe, working desk, TV cable, hair dryer and all units are facing to the pool.

From the main road, its main entrance is sandwiched by a convenient store on the left side and the restaurant on the right. Before you go further entering the gate you have a communal space on the left of the parking lot and right on the back of the restaurant, on the right, is the staff area and reception desk. Once you enter the gate that would mean you are entering your private spaces where the rooms and swimming pool are located. The boss should take the suite since it is the only unit that comes with two rooms, double and twin beds, and small kitchen.

The entire area would be for you to share with the whole members. There are numbers of restaurants within walking distance for your wider dining experiences. Our reliable associate is there from morning to evening who is steady for any request from spa treatment, rafting, city tour to Island hopping. Breakfast is not included in the rate.

Since we have our manger on site, he will be assisting you to all your needs. However, we are reachable via WA for further assistance.

There are quite numbers of art shops, restaurant, warung andbar along the main road within minutes by scooter. Ubud center is reachable in less than 8 minutes where Bintang supermarket is located in between. Rafting point is about 5 minutes away and the infamous Kedewatan Chicken Rice is even closer.

Its parking lot is good for at least three city cars and another few bikes. This place really is suitable for group of any kinds since the access is very convenient; about 50m from the main road, which is out of road noises.
