This is a brand new villa that comes with 7 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, kitchenette, dining area, living room and swimming pool. Located right in the heart of Canggu Village. Everything is fresh, clean and bright. It's surrounded by cafes and boutique shops. Batubolong & Echo Beach is only 5 minutes away by motorbike.

The house consists of four rooms, living room with kitchenette and swimming pool on the ground floor. Its upper level got another four rooms and dining area. Each rooms are set as bright and efficient.

The guests may use the kitchen, pool and dining area as it's quoted for the entire place.

I, or one of our team will greet you upon arrival and will be pleased to give you guidance and tips regarding Canggu area, such as: the best restaurants nearby or how you can get around conveniently. We'll be also giving you our number, in case you'll need further assistance. The villa itself has some maids for daily cleaning & breakfast preparation, a gardener and security. There will be one supervisor to ensure the guests are properly taken care of.

Our villas are located a bit inside (off the main road) where there are numbers of cafe, gallery, yoga places and restaurants around the entrance. They can be reached within walking distance. There are some more places of interest if you go a bit further such as:
- OKA's bakery, Relish and Machinery Cafe about 2 minutes
- Moana fish, KOI and Veda cafe about 3 minutes
- Deus, Bettlenut and Cafe Organic about 5 minutes
- Batu Bolong beach about 7 minutes

Any sort of online transportation such as Go-Car, Grab etc are forbidden in the certain area, however, you can rent a scooter or a car with driver or simply take Blue Bird Taxi for your convenient journey, we will be able to assist you if you need to rent car or motorbike. International driving license is required when driving on the island.

There are some points to note while staying in the property i.e.:
- our receptionist can also be your personal concierge for whatever arrangment you might need during stay
- change your money in the well established money changer only and make sure you count it before leaving the cashier.
- be aware of suspicious surrounding when withdrawing money in anywhere the ATM, just in case of scammer.
- download GO-JEK apps in case of raining that you can order your meal from villa.
- 16-seat minibus could access the compound; anything bigger than that could only go in the main road, which is about 100m away.
- any bus over 8 meters are not allowed in Canggu so please consult with us before hiring any vehicles
