THE SPACE
The bungalow boasts light and airy rooms throughout, and is mostly located on one floor, with the third bedroom and a bathroom on the second floor. Full gas central across the property means whatever the weather, you are guaranteed warmth and cosiness quickly! You will have your own bright living room area complete with a flat screen TV (plus Netflix access) and DVD player perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Alongside the designated sitting room, the bungalow has a separate dining room and kitchen complete with all amenities for your comfort, including fridge, microwave, toaster and washing machine. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed and single bed, while bedroom 2 has a double bed. The third bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed and a single bed and the upstairs bathroom is complete with a bath to soothe those aching muscles after trekking through the hills, or to simply relax and unwind. Bathrooms are located on both floors for convenience and all bedrooms are large open spaces with plenty of natural light, modern touches and a cosy feel. The bungalow also has large front and back gardens for your exclusive use.

Situated close to local shops and within walking distance of Inverness City centre and Inverness Castle makes this home the perfect base to explore Inverness. The Caledonian Canal is also within walking distance.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS:
● Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior to arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
● No extra guests are allowed without prior consent.
● No pets.
● Strictly no parties or smoking allowed inside. If your plan is to do such please book elsewhere since no refund will be given for your stay and law enforcement will be notified instantly.
● In order to maintain the cleanliness, for stays longer than 3 weeks, our housekeepers would need to do a full clean and the cost for this will be absorbed by the guest.


GUEST ACCESS
You have exclusive use of the whole property. We are fortunate enough to have a lovely relationship with our neighbours, please preserve this by adhering to the rules about no parties or loud music after 11pm.

We offer a transport service to help make your stay stress & hassle free. So, if you need picked up or dropped off anywhere, let us know! Cot and highchair available on request.
