Welcome to my newest apartment, which I have just finished with great attention to detail.

After an extensive renovation phase, this apartment has been completely new to you since August 1st, 2020 in the modern Scandinavian furnishing and decoration style. I have tried to bring all my experiences from the last few years from my other short-term rental apartments into this apartment and hope you enjoy it.

This apartment, completely refurbished and renovated in 2020, is located on the 1st floor of a 7 floor high building from the year 1976 and has 2 separate bedrooms, an open living- and dining room as well as a newly renovated toilet and bathroom. With great attention to detail, a small feel-good apartment has been created that leaves nothing to be desired.

Full infrared underfloor heating for the winter as well as inverter air conditioning for the summer also allow perfect room climate at any time of the day or night.

A special highlight is the Schlossberg view from the roof terrace on the 8th floor of the house across the whole of Graz.

Parking is provided in the courtyard, which is blocked by a barrier.

If I am not present for professional reasons, there will be a representation to ensure that you always have the best service for your stay and that you have nothing to spare. In the immediate vicinity of the center, this apartment is very easy to reach from everywhere in Graz, offers parking in the inner courtyard and still an absolute rest position, although you are in the middle of the city. Many sights as well as the Grazer Hauptplatz or Grazer Schlossberg are only 5 minutes walk away.

The next tram and bus stop, with all connections in and around Graz, as well as the Graz main station is within 5 minutes, the Graz airport within 10 minutes reach.
