This unit is a 500sqft apartment unit which consists of 1 bedroom(provided queen bed, side table, aircond, fan and a wardrobe), 1 living room(provided TV, tv box, sofa, coffee table, aircon, fan and free wifi services), 1 bathroom(provided sit type toilet bowl, water heater for shower, mirror, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, washing machine for laundry and some cleaning detergent), 1 kitchen(provided kitchen utensil, gas stove, electric kettle, and etc).
At Lvl P provided some common facilities for tenants which including swimming pool, children playground, tennis courts, sauna, gym and etc)
This unit is a simple and affordable homestay for 2 pax visitors who wanted to have a short stays in Johor Skudai.
This unit is located at commersial area which surrounding has many shoplots which enabling guests to have many services(which including halal/non halal dining, cafes, professional gyms, car repairing/accessory, hardware store and etc), supermarket such as tesco and mydin, fast food such as mcd, kfc, and a recreation parks opposite the road.
This unit do not have internal parking, but many outdoor parking available in front of the apartment
