The Grey Mansion was built by my grandfather 50 years ago. It’s a 3rd floored apartment with humble appearance surrounded by stone fence. The mansion is located in the historic town center of Shihlin. Living in The Grey Mansion could represents the old Taipei typical life style. Small and quiet alley and extremely friendly neighborhood. We love The Grey Mansion so much and decided to setup the music studio to see how Music/Building/Community could change each other.

**Do not answer the door if he/she is not authorized by host team.
**Please Keep Quiet and Low Profile during your stay in the apartment.
** Please understand this is a house with history in a quiet residential area. Part of the house is very close to neighbors’ houses. So please respect to other occupants in the building and neighborhood to 1. Lower your voice 2. Walk lightly 3. Move the table and chair gently Whenever you are in the house, balcony or Stairway.
**If anyone ask you about relationship between host, please say you are relatives of Mr. Chan.
**You can use Filtered Water directly (Right side of the sink)
**Make sure you turn every Windows/Power/Water/Gas off when you leave the house.
**Please understand we will charge 20 USD by cash per person per night for urgent room setup if actual guest number exceed order registration of BNB system. The house facilities/house rate is designed for 2-4 people, please do not exceed 5 person.(no bed for sleep…)
**Please follow local law and regulation in the house. Any violation, we will reserve the right to pursue legal action.
**If you need Airport shuttle service/sightseeing charter car service(our driver can speak English/Chinese), please feel free to let me know.
**There's a 24HR surveillance camera installed in the entrance.(Public Area). Sometimes, the camera will be taken down for charging in the house. However, please be noted if the camera is charging, it will not be functioning. If you see the camera charging in the house, please kindly inform us.
