My house is located in Tegal Rejo Area. It is approximately 5-10 minutes by car to the following: Malioboro, Tugu station, Keraton Sultan Palace, Taman Sari, UMY etc.

If you hungry,dont worry there're many culinary place near my house (walking distance) OR you can cook at our kitchen. All rooms equipped with AC & bathrooms with water heater. Free parking at our front yard fit to 3 cars.

There are 3 bedrooms with total 6 beds (check on photos), ALL with air conditioning (AC) and water heater facilities. My house is perfect for families who are looking for a comfortable stay with a spacious front garden so there is no need to worry about finding a parking space. We always prioritize the comfort of our guests with unlimited WIFI facilities & kitchens (with cooking utensils) are also available in our home.

I'm not lived in this house, but my uncle's family are live beside this house so you'll interact with them if you need something.

They have access everywhere in the guest house

-After you booked my guest house, I'll contact you via WA or email to share my house location maps & other infos
-To get the house key you can contact me for ur arrival time. My aunt/uncle will give the house key, but if you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll help you to the best of our ability
- I've a rental car and airport pickup services (DM me for further infos)

Neighborhood is friendly and safe. But please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume after 9pm

-Tugu station and Malioboro area is 5-10 minutes by car and 15-20 minutes by walk.
-There is Trans Jogja bus stop (public bus) 5 minutes from the guest house
-From Yogyakarta Adisucipto International Airport, taking the airport taxi is the easiest way or you can use my airport pick-up services with additional cost. You’ll be at our place in less than 30 minutes (if there's no traffic jam).
-Many interesting destinations are accessible by foot from this house. You can also explore and travel by Becak or online taxis.
-I've rental car, so if you want to go around Jogja with car you can contact me

3. There're several famous restaurant/warung near the house : Soto Pak Sholeh, Soto Sawah, Ayam Goreng & Sop Buntut Cokro, Phuket Resto, Mang Engking Resto.
