It’s a 52 sqm apartment. One bedroom type; 1 living room with Sofa-bed, 2 bathrooms with extra - “the Special Moon Jacuzzi” in the bedroom by the balcony, a kitchen with all equipments for cooking and big walk-in closet!!

There’s a washing machine at the balcony. You can wash and dry your clothes anytime!!

It is VIP apartment - There are only 32 units in the building. You will share Swimming Pool and Fitness Club with a few people or no one else!!

or at night the security will get you the key

It’s located very near the beach and shopping centers “Central Marina” and “Terminal 21” (5 minutes walk)

Some necessary information...
1. The wifi box and password (the password is my mobile phone number) are at the corner of the living room.
2. Please don’t forget to turn off air-conditions every time when you are going out of the room.
3. TV can watch DVD. and Netflix. (don’t forget to turn on the TV white box)
4. Swimming pool and fitness gym are at the rooftop (8th floor). Open 7.00-22.00 everyday.
5. You can drop trash bags at underground parking lot.
6. If you need housekeeping please contact me.
7. Thai Culture: we don’t wear shoes inside the room!
8.Please don’t use towels as feet cleaning mat!
9. When check-out you can leave the key to the receptionist or put it into my mailbox of room number 436/590. Mailbox is on the first floor.
