A washer is ever ready for you to wash your garments complete with laundry detergent supply, hanger and drying rack to air dry your laundry at the utilities area and we also provided iron with iron Board for you too. The toiletries (i.e. hair shampoo and shower gel) are provided in each washroom together with clean towels

Kindly take note that the apartment complexes is monitored 24 hours via CCTV and surveillance done by security guards for security purposes. If you drove your own vehicle, you will provided with a free onsite parking lot upon request

Our check-in time is 2:00 pm or after, check out time is 12:00 pm or before. The check-in details will be send to you by one day prior of your stay.
- No problem with midnight check-in. early check-in may be possible provided if there is no guest is staying in the same day. Kindly please note that we can only confirm with you within 24-hours before your check-in.
- Late checkout after 12:00 pm is subject to availability and with an extra charge of RM15 per hour or part thereof. (Advance notification required).
