Our minimalist studio is located in a quiet alley in downtown Saigon, close to many cafes, restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

You can walk to major tourist attractions from our place: Bui Vien Walking Street (5 minutes), Ben Thanh Market (10 minutes) and Reunification Palace (10 minutes).

Our unit is one of eight studios in a small newly constructed building. The building has a ground floor and 4 upper floors (2 studios per floor). There is an elevator.

The building is in a quiet hem in the downtown area across from a Starbucks and the New World Hotel. It is within walking distance of major tourist sites. We are at the end of the closed alley so there's minimal traffic outside.

You will find many cafes, restaurants, shopping and bars on the nearby streets of Nguyen Trai, Le Lai and Ly Tu Trong.
