This luxury Villa is set around panoramic sea views of beautiful Patong Beach, the finest of modern villas with great location. Only 5 minutes from beaches, shopping, dining & the night life of Phuket.
The Villa also has 2 full time staff catering to your every need. Breakfast is provided as is airport transportation, complementry soft drink and Heineken on arrival. All other additions, Thai or international meals, BBQ seafood will be at your own personal expense.

Your private villa manager will make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. We offer a complete holiday so you can just relax and enjoy yourself. The staff will try to make your stay in Phuket as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. On arrival there will be a complimentary case of Heineken, soft drink and fruits.

Large free form swimming pool, 2 different levels with panoramic sea views, outdoor tables and plenty of outdoor seating around the villa for privacy is available.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped to international standards. The kitchen is available for you any time upstairs and the staff prepare meals for you in the Thai Kitchen downstairs. All special orders, BBQ and party will be set up properly by guest.

Maid Service

Two full-time resident maids will take care of all your needs, preparing your room, cooking and maintaining the Villa to the highest standard.

Wifi and Broadband PC Internet

If you need to stay in touch with your business or your friends back home is available 24 hrs.

Meals

Breakfast is provided complimentary — choice of full American breakfast, fruit, coffee or tea. Simple Thai or international meals for lunch, dinner, full dinner party, BBQ, let us arrange all the food for you and prepare it — we only charge the actual market price for the food. No surcharge on any foods, or preparation.

Food and Beverages

Complimentary first set of beer and a range of soft drinks and plenty of water are provided on arrival. If you need more drinks, simply order from the Villa manager and we will stock your fridge at the same market prices we paid. We will present these costs at the end of your stay.

Staff

The Villa comes with maids to make sure the house is kept to the high standards the manager demands. They also provide a daily pool-boy and a maintenance service on call 24-hours a day.

Thai Chef

Located high in the hills on the south end of Patong Beach, this luxury villa offers everything including 5 master bedrooms, 2 level swimming pools, HIFI, broadband PC internet, dining area and living room, all offering magnificent views over Patong Beach.

Can be arranged on request. The Villa also manages several spas on the island and massages can be arranged by the pool, in your room, or for a complete treatment in one of our health spas.

Rental Minivan with Driver for 8 hours : THB 3,500. Extra hour is THB 500 per hour.
Airport transfer is THB 1,500 (Airport – Bangtao/ Surin/ Kamala/Patong), further distance may incur more cost.
Rental Baby Cot / High Chair / Car Seat : THB 400/item/day.
