The ground floor contains a kitchen, powder room, separate dining area and living room both with 4 meter ceilings opening to two courtyards; one with a tiled plunge pool and outdoor shower. The second level contains two bedrooms, each with a generous en suite and private balcony; one has a king bed and the other bunk beds able to sleep 4 children comfortably. The third level has an incredible master suite with booming views of the ocean. The master suite comprises a bedroom, en suite, a very generous walk in wardrobe, second living room with bar and balcony; great as a private area or for sunset drinks with friends. The villa is compact enough for a single or couple but, with its large bedrooms and two living areas, is also suitable for two families to share.

The owners use the villa for their own vacations and recently renovated it throughout in a fresh, modern style. The villa has modern appointments, including TVs and DVD players, dishwasher and coffee maker. Wi-Fi is complementary throughout your stay. Balconies and courtyards all have Kenkoon furniture and the villa has artwork throughout. There is also a range of weights and non- electrical gym equipment for your convenience. The live-in maid has worked for the family for an extended period and will help make your stay comfortable, along with our off site house manager who is on standby 24hrs a day to look after your needs.

Kata Noi beach is one of the nicest on the island, great for walking, snorkeling and a range of water-sports. The beach can be accessed from the villa via a rear gate and short walk to the sand - so close that you can walk back and forth at your leisure, which is quite unique in Phuket. The villa sits at the end of Kata Noi village, which has a range of restaurants, shops and a pharmacy. More shops, entertainment, a wave-house and mini-golf are a short tuk tuk ride away at the busier Kata beach.
