伊の旅宿的誕生是以簡潔自然為概念，外觀設計為幾何量體力求平衡，使用清水混凝土外牆因此顏色簡樸，套一句建築大師安藤忠雄說的「自然應是人們日常生活中的一種自發的存在形式。它應成為日常生活如工作，購物，有友人約會聊天時最好的伴侶，我希望將重新引入都市之中並與日常經歷相聯繫」
房間沒有過多的裝飾品，僅提供旅客們舒適且乾淨的環境。女主人也沒有規定過多的繁文縟節，讓旅客安心享用光復鄉下的絕美天光
這兒離光復火車站步行2分鐘，緊鄰光豐農會超市有著超大停車場，距離光復市區也只要散步5分鐘即可到達，「來到這裡就像回到家裡」
