This villa has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. With two bedrooms on level 2, each has a private bathroom and one room on the ground floor with an outside bathroom. Big Living room, Kitchen and dining area and spacious sunbathing area it will be a perfect place

The location is very strategic because it is located right next to Nirmala waterpark, 3 minutes walking to Nirmala Supermarket or Minimart on the other side. Don't worry about food, just crossing over you can already enjoy a variety of dishes and coffee from the Balangan cafe which is located directly opposite the villa.

if you want to visit Balangan beach, the distance is only 17 minutes driving from the villa. Enjoy a very spectacular show that is Kecak Fire Dance in Uluwatu Temple only 15 minutes driving and if you want to enjoy the beautiful white sand on Melasti Beach and Pandawa also only 16 minutes driving.

1. Price NOT Including Breakfast
- BREAKFAST is available and provided upon request and comes with an additional price, choice of breakfast: omelettes, fruit pancakes, fried rice , fried noddle, American breakfast, vegetarian breakfast at the chosen menu

- we provide free Tea and Coffee in the vila
- we provide free mineral water for drink 1 gallon/day.

2. Strictly Maximum 10 people and sleeping in the bed. Not allowed sleeping on Sofa.
Bed Arrangements, you can order in advance while booking about the sleeping arrangement.

Extra- Bed: We provide or refer Extra Bed rental when a guest needs it, at additional cost, please ask price to reservation team while (URL HIDDEN)

3. Smoking Strictly Not Allowed inside the house or building but allowed only at outside open area ( garden, swimming pool)

4. Price Including Cleaning by Housekeeping or butler, guest can contact housekeeping, stand by from 9.30 am - 5 pm

5. CHECK-IN: Our Check-in Time is 2 pm - 5 pm daily but if you need Late Check-in after 5 pm, please contact us when you confirmed booking or minimum 3 days before arrivall

Then we will prepare to send special staff to welcome and give key due to your arrival

6. CHECK OUT: Our Check-Out Time is 12.00 mid day sharp. For late check-out depend on availability and price of Late Check-Out is half of the daily price

7. We sell famous SEAFOOD BBQ package service, cook with special recipes, lively cook by our special Cooks at additional valuable cost, ask while (URL HIDDEN)

8. AIRPORT TRANSFER, DAILY TOUR, CAR RENTAL & MOTORBIKE RENTAL: We can refer you, To A good reputable English speaker driver, to arrange Airport Transfer, Daily Tour Service or car daily rental plus driver, at additional valuable cost, please request us during the booking

9. PARKING: Motorbike and car can park easily in front of the villa in the outside area

10. For events or party have to ask permits first because the location in villas area and we dont want to disturb neighbours

11. Loud music or noise needs to be reduced after 10 pm at night.

12. - drink and drunk is okay as long not annoying neighbours and not damage anything in the villa , if guest caused any damage in the villa , guest needs to replace it.

13. Travel Insurance :
since our cancellation policy is strict and the villa rental cost is non-refundable,
we advise all our guests to have a
travel insurance during their stay in our villa usually travels insurance in guest origin country cover guest to cover if there any risk of flight cancellation or natural disasters (an act of God ).
