It is located in a quiet neighborhood just 3 minutes from the Historic Center of Malaga. If you are looking for a central but not noisy accommodation, this is a comfortable place to stay for a few days or even weeks.

The studio apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed that allows us to welcome up to four guests.

You will have the entire apartment at your disposal and also the access to the community swimming pool. In order to access the swimming pool, please contact our property manager to book the access!

*Due to the COVID-19 situation in Spain, the access to the swimming pool is limited so please make sure you book it in advance*

Also, you will have a free parking spot in the residence. Please let out managers know in advance if you need to use the parking.

Our office is located just 5 minutes away, and our managers will welcome you and advise you on the best places to enjoy Malaga! (restaurants, bars, beaches ...)

You can get to the apartment building by car or taxi. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes by foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you 20-30 min.

- Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions for the self-check-in.

- We can welcome you in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian.
