Langkawi Island Villa with Pool is a place for you to rilex & dwell living like the local at this mystical island of Langkawi. Our place can cater up to 15 pax with current bedding's & additional if requested with additional charge.

The place is situated in a 1 acre piece of land beside paddy field. You'll experience living with nature & also will close encounter with the life of kampung folks of rice farmers. Buffalo's & cows roaming freely nearby & if you're lucking depending on the season you'll experience rice planting & harvesting right at your door step while dipping in the pool.

Langkawi Island Villa with Pool is actually a two house having same entrace. Langkawi Island Villa with Pool Padi has 2 rooms which have 1 Queen bed + 1 Single. Langkawi Island Villa with Pool Sekam has 1 Room with 2 Queen bed + 1 Attic which have 4 Queen beds. Langkawi Island Villa with Pool can comfortably cater up to 15 guest at any time. Additional 1 guest can use the sofa to sleep if coming with 16 guest.

We can also provide additional bedding at a fees with Mattres & pillow provided. Kindly as us for details.

You have access to the whole Villa. Both house is have a same entrance but it's actually a different house. Booking in agoda will give you the total house for you to stay. During non-peak season we may open the house upon request for individual units.

Myself & wife lives in Shah Alam & Langkawi Island Villa with Pool is taken care by our caretaker. He is living nearby to cater any immediate needs arise.

Villagers living here is decent yet friendly folks. Those living nearby is friends of mine & my fathers. The villagers are very adherence to local traditional & religion.

Its recommended to rent a car to our place as our place. Car rental, Van or MPV are available upon request.

Situated in the village needs us to blend with the locals. Excessive behavior & party is definitely not permitted at our home. Usage of the pool is limited till up to 1000pm at night. It is in compliance with local regulation.
