We would be reachable here through the Agoda app or any form of messaging apps that you have such as WeChat, WhatsApp etc. We will check on you occasionally to see how you are doing. If you bought a local number we are also directly reachable via local number if needed.

The area is very peaceful. The condo is not yet fully occupied hence you the facilities are still new. Easily walkable to Kampung Baru. Two train lines takes to KLCC and Bukit Bintang easily.

Famous Sup Hammed right below the condo. Many eateries nearby as well.

There are two train lines the Monorail and LRT within walking distance from the condo. The area itself is very walk-able you can go to KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, Merderka Square and Chinatown. Alternatively, GRAB rides are also easily available from here to take you anywhere in the city and beyond.

Check out is at 12 noon. I or my partner will check you out if available. Though most of the times you will check out yourselves.

Please note a cleaner will be come at 12 to clean the apartment.

Please take note if the access card is lost or if your bring it home with you the replacement cost will be RM100. This will be deducted from your security deposit.

Please note also if your bring home the Carpark Access card the replacement cost is RM100. This will be deducted from your security deposit.

Smoking fine of RM250 will be enforced if there is evidence of smoking.
