Your home away from home is an air-conditioned studio featuring 2 double beds with white beddings and a duvet. For additional sleeping arrangements, a single murphy bed and a single floor mattress are available. A 16-inch stand fan is also available for added ventilation.

Our functional kitchenette is furnished with the following essentials for light cooking. Help us maintain the fresh smell of your stay by opening the balcony door when cooking.

Our unit located on the first residential level has a balcony but does NOT boast the best views in Tagaytay as there is ongoing construction on the ground floor at the moment. Should you wish to use the balcony, you are free to do so. Construction noise is barely heard. The amenity and pool area are still under construction.

Other things to note
1. A security deposit of PHP 1,000 will be collected upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damages incurred or additional cleaning expenses due to non-adherence to the house rules.
2. Undeclared guests/visitors will be denied entry by the security plus a penalty of PHP 5,000 if the guest insisted on entering.
3. Unauthorized wedding or any event-related preparation in the unit will be charged PHP 5,000.
4. Kindly advise your check-in time 24hrs in advance so we can plan your arrival as my co-host is only available up to 6 pm.
