The unit is at Cityland Tagaytay Prime Residences. A 24-storey building, a stone throw away from Tagaytay Rotunda. The unit is at the 17th floor, giving you a panoramic view of Tagaytay skyline, but no Taal view. A glass partition separates the bedroom with balcony, from the living room and kitchen area; giving you a well deserved privacy. There's a well equipped kitchenette for you to cook, and a TV with Netflix to watch your favorite shows. We also have a WiFi, for your social media updates. Pool is at the 3rd floor. Available daily, from 6AM to 9PM, except on Monday & Thursday, where the admin conducts maintenance and cleaning. Be advised that admin may conduct emergency pool maintenenace on any day without prior notice due to influx of users especially during summer season. Playpen is also at the 3rd floor. Access to the roof deck lounge and jogging path to have an unobstructed view of Taal Lake & Volcano is at the 23rd floor. Guests are free to stay at the condo's lobby at the Ground floor. Me and my staff would message you an hour before you're expected check in, to see if you need help getting into the site. Key exchange would be done at the 3rd floor lobby of the building. There might be some noise brought about by trikes passing by that can be heard when the balcony door and windows are open. The howling sound is brought about by the cold breeze of Tagaytay. Don't be scared by it. Going to Ayala Serin, Leslie's, Balay Dako, SMDC Wind, Sky Ranch and Residence Inn: Riding a tricycle is convenient and fast but a bit pricey. Minimum fare to Ayala Serin is P40. Tricycles can be hail from going out of the lobby or thru the 3rd floor exit. They are stationed beside the Franciscan Missionary of Mary building. Or you can take your car and exit to Aguinaldo Highway and take the TCI Road, which would lead you directly to Leslie's. Going to Picnic Grove, Our Lady of Manaoag and Palace in the Sky Take the 3rd floor exit and cross the street. Hail the many jeepneys plying the route. Fare is P8. From Manila via Bus: There are aircon buses plying Manila to Tagaytay route. Look for signage of either Tagaytay, Olivarez or Balayan. Advise the conductor that you'll alight at the Olivarez College stop. Cross the street and walk a few meters going to Olivarez College. Building is at the right side. Nearby shops from the 3rd floor exit includes: 7-11, a coffee shop, McCafe, Unionbank with ATM Starbucks coffee is about 5 to 10mins walk from 7-11 going to the left. Nearby shops from the Ground floor exit includes: Puregold Jr grocery, 7-11, Mercury Drug, Mang Inasal, Goldilocks, a salon, Baliwag, KFC From Manila via private car: Make a U-turn at the end of the barricade. Make a right turn at the corner of 7-11, right after Olivarez Plaza (McDonalds). Go straight, the building is at the right side. Go up the ramp to park at the 2nd level. From Tagaytay-Calamba Road: The building entrance is at the right side, right next for the commercial spaces containing 7-11. Park at the 3rd level. From Mendez/Amadeo-Tagaytay junction: Turn left and drive straight passed the rotunda. Building is at the left side, right after the new McDonalds cafe. Park at the 3rd level. The unit has no Taal lake view. Security deposit is not billed to your credit card. This is only an assurance. Always advise the total number of guest that would be staying at the unit. We want to make sure we have enough bedding for you. We accept request for dress-up of unit for special occasions.
