You may cook in the comforts of our home as we provide rice cooker and cooking utensils together with tableware and utensils for 6. A refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle is provided. Fresh linens and towels are offered during your stay.
The pool is closed every Mondays and Thursdays for periodic cleaning maintenance.
We can provide a surprise setup for your special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

Check in time is from 2 PM to 6 PM.
We will welcome you upon check in to hand over the keys and to orient you with our property. If your arrival is delayed, please let us know in advance so we can arrange self check-in for you.
Check out is strictly at 12 noon.
We shall be charging P1000 for lost keys.

Our room custodian will be available to assist you upon your check in.

We are located at Tagaytay Prime Residences Condominium (Cityland) which is near the Tagaytay Rotonda. Located within the property is a 7-11 convenience store, Unionbank, Caffe Nativo restaurant, Wasabi sushi, Mekong Restaurant. A salon and spa is also located on the property. The insta-worthy Dreamland Café is just beside the property while McDonalds is just across the street. Fora Mall by Filinvest is a 5 minute walk while Ayala Serin Mall is a 10 minute walk. Famous Parks and Restaurants like the Sky Ranch, People's Park, Picnic Grove, Bag of Beans and Casino are a 10 minute drive and are also accessible by public transportation.

The main mode of transportation in Tagaytay is the jeepney. Minimum fare is around Php 8 though this may vary as tourist stops are quite a distance away from each other. Ask the driver how much fare is to your destination. There are also tricycles available to bring you to nearby places.

Parking is available at PHP 50 per day during weekdays and PHP 50 per entry during weekends.
