It's a new Double storey house located at Taman Sri Penawar, which 5 to Tanjung Balau beach and 15mins- 18mins drive to DESARU beach, and Desaru Coast Adventure waterpark.

Our theme is based on the colour of Morandi theme, warmth and comfort, which is the Perfect Stay in DESARU for:
- Medium Family (Max 12pax)
- Local or overseas travellers
- Business traveler(s)

A place with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living hall and kitchen. The house is fully furnished including TV, sofa, dining table, kitchen cabinet, induction cooker, microwave, fridge, bbq pit and some basic utensils.

Complete air conditioner in all bedrooms and living room. Water heater system are provided in all bathrooms. On top of that, we do provide washing machine for our guest convenience.

Wifi is AVAILABLE. We provide TV box which several countries live TV show, dramas, and also movies, besides, we also provide mahjong and futsal for entertainment. In additions, we do prepare a Kid's corner for toddlers and kids for fun.

We are providing self check-in. Once booking is done, we will send you a pin code for self check-in with smart lockbox for getting the keys in advance. The lockbox just in front of the main door.
Check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Deposit will be apply before /upon check in.

There are no Grab services around at Desaru, guest can rent a car with Klezcar at Desaru. The best option is guest needs car to get around to any places and attractions.
From JB, u can drive thru by Senai-Desaru highway to desaru. Our homestay just 4 mins away from exit of Desaru highway toll only.

From our homestay, it just need within 5mins to reach those shops and get some foods.
