A placid, private, central but peaceful, homely, relaxed and fully equipped one bedroom flat that is perfect space to fit to corporate or for a single or two traveler/adventurer; to be very central to our popular kite-surfing beaches without being in the middle of the city and perfect gateway. City and Table Mountain is only 20 kilometers, Beach is 1.7 kilometers, International Airport is 29 kilometers away. 2 shopping centers are in walking distance, with coffee shops, restaurants and movies

The unit is 6 x 5.5 meters with 3 x 4.5 meters mezzanine floor. Bedroom is in mezzanine floor with 2 single beds (king size together) and at main area 6 seater dining table. Lounge have 2 sofa beds, TV with Netflix. Also work desk and open plan kitchen with all amenities. Unit has own full bathroom and 2 entrance. Off street secure parking. High speed wireless internet. Medium size Safe available for your valuables or possible fire arm, that can have 6 digit coded by you, host have the key for emergencies.

Guests will have their own unit.
There is a patio and outdoor braai/barbecue and a pool available; those will be shared with the hosts.

The unit is part of the main house. We do respect your privacy and we are conveniently accessible most of the time to assist the guests. If guests wishes breakfast will be organized with additional fee.

Our house is 5 minutes away to the beach, next to Vlei, easy access to public transport and 25 minutes drive to town (off peak times), walking distance to shopping, library and gym.

Unit is open plan studio with mezzanine bedroom, there are sofa beds available at the living room, if you would like to stay more than 2 guests please consider about your privacy issues.
We clean our unit, change all bedding and towels after every stay.
Longer stays we do the cleaning on every 3rd day and change towels and once a week change the bedding. This will happen with giving a notice to the guests.
Smoking indoors strictly prohibited but guests welcome to do so in the garden.
Parties not allowed, you may have guests; if for sleep over with the permission from the host and additional fee applicable as stated on our listing.
Between 22h00 and 06h00 are the quite times.
We have a very friendly bunny in the garden (only allowed outdoor day time), he will try to get your attention with being around to you, please be careful not to hurt him.
