★This listing is located in a residential area, therefore please keep quiet after 10:00PM (22:00 Japan Time).
★Please Do Not wear/bring shoes or outdoor footwear inside of the house (Leave in the entrance area).

I and the staff also do cleaning work directly so that you can spend comfortably, I try to keep it clean.
It is possible to check in anytime after 16:00 in Japan time.
I have to clean the room, so please check out at 11:00.

If you destroy or bring home the equipment, please note that compensation will be paid.

Forgotten items will be held for up to 14 days.
Past 14 days, if no contact is made, the item(s) will be disposed of.
Furthermore, for the purpose of maintaining a sanitary environment, we will dispose of all forgotten food products during room cleaning after check-out.
