CMC Cool Suite is a cozy and minimalist newly built and interiorly designed end unit. It is located on the 10th Floor of Tower A in Cool Suites at SMDC Residences. It is in a prime location as it is situated near shopping malls, fine dining restaurants & family friendly activity places. Youll love its hotel look ambiance that will give you the total relaxation youre looking for during your stay in Tagaytay City.

My place is a studio type room with 2 beds perfect for family of 3. It has a balcony where you can have your moment to feel the refreshing cool breeze of Tagaytay.

All guests may access our Clubhouse amenities. We have an olympic sized indoor pool and 3 outdoor pools including a kiddie pool. (pls wear proper swimming attire). Pool usage is 150/head during regular days and 300 during holidays. Time for the pool access is from 8am-10pm. The area is guarded with 24/7 security.
Use of the basketball court, play area for kids, billiards, darts, football, tables, table tennis, and badminton court are free from 8am-6pm free, 6-10pm 200/hr.

Our unit is in a prime location at the very heart of Tagaytay City. Its a 3-minute drive to Sky Ranch (approx 600 meters). It is close to restaurants and fast food chains. Malls, supermarkets and restaurants are walking distance. Laundry shops, salons, hardware banks are available in the upper ground level.

Spa, massage is also just a call away, room service available.

Tagaytay City is a tourist spot that offers a lot of interesting places to see and visit including the well known Mahogany market with restaurants that serve well known Bulalo Soup.

Please bring a valid ID (preferably govt ID) to be presented at the front desk.

A security deposit of Php1000 is to be collected upon check in, should there be no incidentals it will be returned upon check out.
