It's a cozy & relaxing corner/end unit with balcony situated at 15th floor in SMDC Wind Residences. This place is near in many Restaurants like Josephine’s, Gerry’s grill, bar & restaurants and many more. It is also near Robinson’s Supermarket. You will love my place because of its facilities and amenities. We have a 32” TV with movies, unlimited 3mbps internet wifi, shower heater, microwave oven, electric kettle, refrigerator and basic kitchen utensils.

The space
Our unit is 30sqm with bathroom and kitchen. We have double sized bed, sofa bed, and extra mattress. We have refrigerator, microwave oven, and basic utensils. Our unit also has a balcony to enjoy fresh air while having your favorite breakfast!

Guest access
All guests will have an access to the Clubhouse. All free of use except for pool usage. We have a semi-Olympic sized pool for adults and 3 outdoor pools with 1 kiddie pool.
Basketball court, Badminton court, tennis court and a table tennis is available.

Other things to note
Parking fee is Php100 for 24 hrs for single entry. Php 150 for multiple entry parking.
